Warlawurru Catholic School is situated at the Lunja Community, Red Hill, 2 .5kms from Halls Creek. The school opened in 1987 under a large bough shed which had been built by some of the Community elders and youth. Late in 1989 the school moved into two well equipped air-conditioned classrooms. The dream of the Lunja Community became a reality. Following the way of Ngawi we seek to nurture Gospel values and Aboriginal spirituality.

Through the Two Way Learning process we have a vibrant school community where the Jaru Language and Culture have a home.
